May have found my new go to dentist. Made my appointment. Which was within a week, not months. On my initial appointment I was seen and taken care of within an hour. And they got down to business. Which I appreciate. Everyone was top knotch from the Receptionist, to the comforting Dental Assistant, to the skilled and informative Dentist. I'll be back for sure!

I’m not coming back unfortunately the dentist was not gentle during my cleaning! I have never experienced anything like that in my life! I’m 25 weeks pregnant so my gums are sensitive. After the cleaning I was in tears 🥺 my bottom gums was still bleeding and looks like I had cuts from the the cleaning. The dental assistant was very nice and kind to me.

Front desk staff was also nice reason why I’m giving 2 stars. This my first and last time ever coming back smh!

This is the bad dental clinic ever even you still talk to them and they just hang up on you. Not even give you clear information. They just want money from you.

The room never clean and I saw spiders in there while waiting OMG!!!! Unbelievable clinic ever!!! Today4/3/25 they have new doctor and he seems nice and work with clean as I know from the health department but the helpers or nurses still using unclean hand that have gloves on put into patients mouth. 🤮🤕🤧 *******Who’s is the boss need to take care and train all the workers to learn safety and cleanliness for patients!!!!! **** didn’t all the workers know that they shouldn’t put gloves on until they ready to touch patients mouth!!!!! Why they put gloves on and touch everywhere and the computer screen and mouse then touch all items that will be using in patients mouth and even put their hand on patient mouth!!! This is unacceptable behavior I was watching and thought they will change glove before touching my mouth but Noooo They did not. It’s nasty and full of bacteria and germs.

Y’all need to go learn more about healthcare basic again!!! Otherwise States should come check how the workers are working unclean for all patients😡😡🤮🤮🤮

Very unprofessional, billed and demanded upfront out of pocket payment from me for service that is covered 100% by my Insurance. I reported it to my insurance, who confirmed that they should not have demanded any payment from me. That is how patients are defrauded by such unprofessional practices.
