It should tell you quite a bit, being connected to a paint store. Had hoped my daughter would've gotten rid of her dentist scares, but this place made it only worse. No real care for patients (children). Zero comfort to my child while getting a simple cleaning. Avoid at all costs.

The service is horrible. I've had a very frustrating experience with this office. They are often unavailable by phone, and I've found their paperwork handling, such as referral forms, to be inadequate. I've even had calls abruptly disconnected.

Furthermore, I felt they didn't fully address my concerns and the dental work itself was unsatisfactory. In my opinion, the level of care was far below what I've experienced elsewhere, including in emergency situations. I ultimately had to seek care from a different dentist to receive proper treatment and a referral for oral surgery to address severe pain from my wisdom teeth, which had caused swelling in my ear and twitching in my eye.

The office is absolutely disgusting. The chairs and carpet in the waiting room do not look clean. Although my appointment was scheduled for 9, I was not let in the building until after that time. I have not once been seen on time and I am punished when I have to leave/reschedule because they are running behind.

Absolutely terrible service from the dentist! Thank god the ladies at the desk know how to politely talk to patients because the doctor is rude and has a terrible bedside manner. I was told by him that he didn’t have time to do what I was scheduled to come in for and when I kept asking why, he said he didn’t have time for my questions. Absolutely unacceptable! If it was easier to find a dentist that accepts Medicaid, I would never return.

They don’t match fillings to your teeth, they make you wait a MONTH for a crown. Staff is rude and always training because they have no staff retention. The ONLY reason to go here is if Medicaid is your only option. I have other choices fortunately, but tried to remain with the same dentist.

Poor choice. Also they do not schedule you for the time slot that the dentist asks for, in an attempt to cram more people on the schedule, so you have to keep coming back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
