My husband came to this location for dental treatment and cleaning front desk Monica was really respectful and sweet towards us back the dental assistance was also so nice and welcoming Dr did such great work and treatment on my husband we well sure be coming back for are next dental cleaning.

Destiny Dental does great work. Never had any issues while there. Dr. Archer deals with my entire family and does excellent work and great at explaining everything. Brian, AJ, Brianna, Jay and Tia are all great Assistants. S/O to Monica at the Front Desk.

Curtis Miller

As an ongoing client/patient of Destiny Dental-Chatham in Chicago since 2019 for Braces, cleanings , X-rays, fillings, extractions, referrals and more , I’d be remiss or unjust I didn’t give praise to Monica, who is one of the staff members at the front desk. Monica always greets me with a cordial, “Heeeeey Mr. Miller “ as I walk through the door …and as I approach the reception desk, she’s alerts me with, “ I got you checked in Mr. Miller.

After my appointments , Monica has been extremely helpful and patient with logging in and helping me schedule my next appointments to my convenience. She in inputs it in the computer expeditiously, along with writing it out( by hand) on a reminder card with the date and time, that fits perfectly in my wallet. In addition, Monica has been very mindful & helpful in calling me days in advance for appointment reminders. Also, whenever I’ve had a discrepancy about a patient bill, charge , invoice or service, Monica has been instrumental in conflict or dispute resolutions.

In the event the matter was beyond her control, she’d forward the matter up the chain of command or to the proper personnel. In such circumstances, the office Manager, Olivia has ALWAYS taken care of any issues or uncertainties that rarely arise …due to the very personable and cordial nature of Olivia’s personality. In conclusion , i consider Destiny Dental- Chatham in Chicago like family and home, for the staff and the comfort of the environment, as the lobby is always clean , colorful with a nice selection of upbeat or soothing sounds of musics , in addition to up to date news or programs on the tv monitors in the lobby. If I could give this place zero stars that’s what I’d rate it….

Staff is unprofessional firstly, and you have to call for over a month just to get an appointment !!!and when you do get an appointment you’ll be there for hours even when you had an appointment… they don’t care about your time!!! Today I had an appointment only to get you in the room and for them to tell they’re not going to be able to service me… I was there for a fill in🤦🏽‍♀️ so in my opinion I wouldn’t recommend this dentist office to anyone save your time! And what’s sad is I’ve been coming here for over 5years 👎🏾
