I see a bunch of negative reviews about Destiny Dentist but my experience was a little different. I have been going to this location for years now and I have like it thous far. The ladies in the front that help me are sweet. Sometimes they are a little unprofessional though they make you wait a long time on the phone when you calling in. I’m use to the same staff that I known for years but lately they have been getting different staff members. The last time I came I didn’t recognize anyone. My cleaning and treatments have been okay thous far. There this one dentist that I like she’s very informative.

I do not like the cleanliness of the place. I repeat I do not like the cleanliness of this place. The waiting area is always dirty and outside when you coming in always have trash before you go in. Whoever is running this place needs to read my review and immediately start making changes. Have one of the young ladies or hire a cleaning crew to clean the faulty thoroughly. Replace the carpet in the front lobby. Have someone sweep in front of the office. Put air freshener or something to make the place smell good.

This place is located in the South Shore area a already distressed area. Have some type of pose for the community. The community is already lacking in a lot. Have some integrity and make your business represent the community in a good way. Give the people of the South Shore community a greatly ran dentist office. Also the last time I was there which was a month ago I don’t feel like they clean my teeth good like they use too. Maybe do a training with all of the staff to revisit certain things to make sure the ladies and gentlemen are on their toes. All and all I believe the faulty has plus but just need to make some major changes to please the people in the community that’s patronizing this dentist office and make sure itsclean!

Awful customer service. I inquired about an initial first appt on Wednesday, and Thursday got a call to schedule that initial appointment as a first time patient. This was promising and I got scheduled for the following morning which was way faster than I was expecting. However the woman on the phone said I would receive a confirmation text or email shortly and it never came. I figured maybe because it was less than 24 hours before the appointment that I didn’t get one.

I show up to the office and the woman at the front desk let me know that an appointment was never scheduled. I tried to be understanding and asked to get scheduled for another day. We picked a date and time and I asked to make sure I received a text or email to confirm. The woman at the front desk was rude and told me that I would receive it in a few minutes and to leave. I did not receive any confirmation and I believe that she did not schedule an appointment.

Overall lazy and unprofessional service. Would not recommend and will be going elsewhere for my services.

I have not been there yet. I did have an appointment today, at 11am.

But due to a COPD flare up, I have to reschedule. So why five stars? If the service I'm anxious to receive is anything like the service I received from the young lady who scheduled my appointment, then, this has to be an absolutely wonderful place! Plus, they came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I look forward to Destiny Dental transforming me back to my former self with a million dollar smile! Standing ovation to the person who scheduled my appointment!

Exceptional team at this location! I wish I could shout out each person but honestly every single time I have interacted with anyone here they have been so helpful and patient. They respond and follow up quickly to all my concerns.

The team here is the model for Customer and Patient Care! Each procedure done on my son was performed well, with compassion and follow up care was explained thoroughly. I can’t thank you all enough! Blessings and Gratitude ❤️🖤💚
