Was seen on 4/30 and told my tooth had an infection they asked for my pharmacy name never sent the medication til this very day I am fighting the infection all why getting short of breath daily.

I may not have went with the correct approach but when you called multiple times and the doctor is never available and you still haven’t received medication the script was never wrote instead of taking accountability they are holding back my medication

Staff was banging on the desk speaking to the insurance company, had a 2 PM appointment, which they confused my name with another and almost gave me the wrong procedure, then when it was my actual turn, they hadn’t checked insurance, not familiar if they were even in network, and overall unprofessional. Lastly, if you’re a medical office responsible for cleaning peoples teeth, at least have a clean office space to reflect you do a good job.

Dr Al -Turki's office location in Dearborn is ghetto dirty nasty they made me wait 90 days for a piece of a tooth a crown and the two young ladies at the front desk are nice the African-American young young lady got up and cleaned the bathroom once I reported that the bathroom had a very foul odor she promptly went and cleaned the bathroom. Melissa, Brittany are both very disrespectful and extremely rude.

Moral of the story is save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else

So originally my review would’ve been bad almost a year ago. . but I’ve decided to try again this year in 2024. I’m glad I did completely different vibes & staff. . the receptionist, dental hygienist & dental assistants are all great!! Me & my daughter go to this dentist office. .

they do great work, very informative, and understanding. I always need preauthorizations & it’s always approved before my visit, so I never have to worry about that. I’ve had extractions & fillings at this location & never an issue. My 17 year old daughter has had her cleanings & fillings here & haven’t complained. So if you’re in need of a dentist give them a try. .
