Got me teeth cleaned and billed for something else that my claim was denied for payment had to make a grievance about it to my insurance..... shameful......now I don't know if I'm getting a bill ........so wrong........

They never answered the phone ☎️ never 👎. Never ever answering especially a dentist office. please don’t apologize and say that your sorry ect… you owe it to the customers professionalism and better service than an an explanation. The Black community deserves better if this was the white community you wouldn’t do this .

These white Indian women treat their costumers like they would do this to white folks . I will be reporting this to the news both dentist are Indian doctors and they know damn well they would treat their own people like this. i rate this place a zero 0 if I could. I’ve made several calls to this place and no response or returns my calls SMDH 😡☹️☹️☹️☹️

Born A Bastard

Started off great. . . However, they don't have a business "Caller ID" label on their number for appointment reminders, nor do they leave voicemails. Calling back is useless because no one answers. How they do repeat business is beyond me! Last visit, I did a walk in appointment for cleaning because no one EVER answers phones and to my surprise, the dental assistant hands smelled like marijuana.

. . Yeah, NOPE! If your job description entails putting your hands and fingers in someone's face and mouth, I expect clean and offensive fragrant-free hands please! Glad I witnessed new gloves grabbed from box, but still. Needless to say, going elsewhere. ✌🏼

The actual dentist and dental assistants where very nice and professional, however the building/office suit is Absolutely Disgusting. I've never seen a dentist office so dirty and unclean before. Not being properly cleaned definitely goes against all OSHA and bio-hazard standards. The building needs to be sanitized and cleaned immediately 🤢🤮
