I had a slightly complicated situation but the Dentist and his staff were great. He was very honest in his communication with me when he absolutely didn't have to be eand did not charge me for a procedure that he well could have. I trust this group very much. I still hate having to go to the dentist, but at least I feel safe with this group. I recommend!

Detail Dental is the best. I was in for a routine cleaning and they are bad tooth that needed to be fixed, but I wasing having surgery the next week. They made time for me before my surgery. Dr Chisler and Jenna worked on the time off to take care of me. Can't thank them enough.

I enjoy coming to this dental office. Everyone is so nice, from the ladies who work in the front, like Angela, to the dental assistants, the dentist, and everyone in between. They offer blankets if I am feeling cold, and I got to watch Barbie when I was getting a cavity filled. They truly care about the health of my teeth. I’d recommend this office to anyone I know. Everyone is so kind.

Formal Complaint & Refund Request for Unfulfilled Services To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Detail Dental and to formally request a full refund for services that were either improperly performed, left incomplete, or never rendered at all. My experience with your office has been extremely frustrating, financially damaging, and far from the standard of care or professionalism expected from a licensed dental practice. Over the course of three years, I have been waiting for clarity and completion on services tied to my dental treatment plan—services that were paid for in advance. Despite the long delay, I received no clear communication, no reliable follow-up, and absolutely no accountability. Even after insurance matters were supposedly resolved, I was never provided the full treatment I paid for. To make matters worse, your office relocated without any proper notification, leaving patients like myself in the dark. What is most concerning is that while services went unfinished, it appears the office’s priorities were elsewhere—evidenced by lavish personal purchases such as a Tesla Cybertruck by Dr.

Chisler. Meanwhile, patients like me are left dealing with the consequences of incomplete or poorly executed work, and now I am being asked to pay additional fees for corrections or services that should have been done right the first time. Dr. Chisler’s overly friendly demeanor and sales-like behavior now seem like a tactic to gain trust and encourage more upfront spending. Unfortunately, once payment was secured, the level of care and responsiveness deteriorated quickly. In my personal experience, this practice seems more focused on collecting money than actually delivering quality dental care. The charges and fee structure are inconsistent and misleading, and the professionalism of the office staff—particularly the office manager—is questionable at best.

I am requesting a full refund for the services I paid for but did not receive or that were mishandled. If this issue is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will be escalating this matter by filing formal complaints with the appropriate dental licensing boards, the Better Business Bureau, and my insurance provider. I will also be sharing my experience publicly so that others can make an informed decision before trusting your practice with their time, health, or money. This is not just about poor service. It’s about accountability and fairness. I expect a prompt response and resolution.
