After years of going to Devito's for dental care, I got a call today saying we didn't have insurance. Which is not true and it turns out when our insurance provider changed, Devito's is no longer in network. So instead of offering to work with us on a payment, we were basically threatened to pay it now or it would go into collections. I have paid them thousands of dollars over the years and due to a random change in insurance, they forced us to pay money when we didn't have it.
I'm glad we are being "forced" to go to a different dental office. If you are looking for a dental company who actually cares about you and not money, DO NOT GO TO DEVITOS.

My kids love going to Devito Dental, everyone is so nice and they have made their dental experience a very positive one. I am so grateful to the awesome staff and Devito herself. So fortunant to have them and my kids will never be afraid of going to the dentist because of the personable, professional and fun staff!!! (My 3 year old had cavities filled, not one tear shed, left smiling)

Zero informed consent. I went in for a cleaning and came out with two fillings. Had a lot of pain in one of the fillings. Went back a few months later was told no I shouldn’t have pain and there isn’t anything wrong.
Went a total of 6 months in pain and told them they needed to redo the tooth because I had pain and food was getting stuck now between my teeth. To ensure they got paid for the visit they didn’t charge for the tooth that they had to redo but went in and did a tooth next to it that I never consented for. When I asked about it they said they had to reshape it because food was getting stuck. That’s what they were suppose to do to the tooth they had to fix not a whole new tooth! I filed a grievance with my ins and now they are saying I had a cavity.
That’s the first I’ve heard of that. You didn’t see the cavity on the X-ray when I came in for the cleaning? You didn’t see the cavity when you went in and did the original work? But oh you saw a “cavity” in the next tooth when you were being made to fix your mistake for free? You should have done what was right and fixed the filling you never did correctly. Do not go to this dentist they are not truthful and do unnecessary subpar work.

Devito Dental office is nice to work with, accommodating and personable. They all seem to be happy working there and work together as a team quite pleasantly. I had to get a crown due to a broken tooth. I basically felt one pinch during the numbing process.
Dr. Devito asked throughout the procedure if I was doing ok and the crown is fitting perfectly. If I need any future dental work (hopefully not haha) I will go back to Devito Dental Solutions.
