Let's be honest, no one really likes going to the dentist. But Devries Dental makes it almost enjoyable! Their team creates such a comfortable, friendly neighborhood type of atmosphere that you almost forget you're there for a dental appointment. The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional, and their work is nothing short of impeccable.

I trust them completely with my dental care. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that makes you feel right at home while taking care of your teeth!

New patient with the practice. Taylor did an exceptional job!! She was kind, personable and my teeth felt amazing when she was done. Doctor DeVries was also very nice, and he easily took care of a little imperfection I had with a front tooth. Would definitely recommend their office to friends! Thanks Taylor & Derek!! Great work ❤️

I love having my teeth cleaned by Cassie. She is so kind, gentle, and a delight to talk with. All my kids go here and we haven’t had any problems. The office staff really knows their billing and I haven’t had a problem knowing if a procedure is covered or not. Thank you so much for taking care of our dental health and for the coins and gems that keep my kids happy.

I had a tooth extraction that broke into multiple pieces and the dentist didn't take time to make sure all the pieces were out because he was too busy jumping between multiple patients at the same time. A broken piece started growing sideways out of the front part of my gums where it's hard and was very painful. I had to go back and have it pulled out with a numbing shot and they billed me for it. Most recently I had 4 teeth prepped for crowns and the temporary crown to 3 of my upper teeth which they kept as one large piece. The dental assistant casted them and placed them once which cracked immediately and then she tried a second time and that very obviously cracked right away which I mentioned and was told to be careful eating and come back if it broke. The dentist nevee checked her work. It broke several hours later without me eating and left my grinded painful teeth exposed to air. I went back and they patched it with the thinnest piece and that popped off several hours later without me eating on it. I called the next day about how much pain I was in on the entire left side of my face and asked for pain medication because over the counter medications weren't helping. I was offered Tylenol with codeine (im allergic) so asked for Norco but they said I would have to come in to be seen before any pain medications could be prescribed.

I couldn't come that day (I work 12 hour night shifts) and said I would call back if it was still painful tomorrow. Well today it was even more painful so I called and they told me 1pm (didn't say I would have to wait to be fit in). I got there and 45 minutes went by in the waiting room so I calmly let the receptionist know my 22 month old was waiting out in the car with my husband on a hot day after just having an hour therapy session and I couldn't wait much longer. I was told 5 or 10 minutes and still wasn't called back so I asked again then was brought back by a dental assistant who told me that she had just patched it (yep fell off) then I said I just needed him to look at it like I was told and didn't want it worked on anymore because it was initially messed up and I dont want all the extra numbing or treatments but would like something for pain because I was suffering. She said well you had a lot of work done but he won't give you any pain medication for this and "i dont think you're suffering". I told her I work as a medical professional myself (RN) and pain is what the patient says it is so she shouldn't tell me I'm not suffering. Well, she immediately changed her tune and said "I never said that, I said you had a lot of work done". I walked out after that without being seen because i was told it would be 10 more minutes as they were busy and fitting me in around everyone else and I shoulnt be treated so poorly. . .

wow. . . . . if you want botched work you will have to pay to get fixed, a dentist who jumps between 3 or 4 patients taking so long your numbing medications wear off before he starts the dental work so you need another shot in the mouth because "you're a fast metabolizer" after sitting for over 30 minutes, and dental assistants who do work unchecked and speak to you rudely then schedule with Dr. Derek Devries dental right away.
