If I could give zero stars, I would. This dental office has absolutely no respect for your time. Every single appointment I’ve had here has involved sitting in the waiting room for at least 45-60 minutes past my scheduled time—sometimes (most of the time) even longer. What’s the point of making an appointment if they never stick to it? It’s frustrating and unprofessional.

I understand things can run behind occasionally, but this is clearly a pattern, not a one-off. If you value your time or have any kind of schedule to keep, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

My entire family gets our dental services here and we are always super satisfied. I alwys admire that fact that everyone is very courteous and welcoming, the place is always pristine. I feel like the staff really cares about your dental health. Today, my cleaning was done by Goodwinder and I absolutely love her. She was very friendly and she was so detailed with my cleaning. My teeth feels so smooth and clean and fresh and I left feeling so positive. (Secret) I've requested her for my future cleanings (shhhhh) lol.

I have to also mention the ladies at the front for their hardwork in keeping up with their patients. They are so professional throughout the process and very friendly when you meet them. I always appreciate you guys. Thank you for all you do for me and my family. Many blessings to you.
