Another stellar experience. When you have been treated at different dental practices, it is not too difficult to compare and contrast them. Since my last review, the installation of a crown was completed and another cleaning performed.

In each case, the level of care was outstanding. I am relieved to have found a practice that does consistently excellent work, with a staff that is equally efficient and uniformly pleasant. No surprise that others feel the same!

What a feeling to be in an office where I was greeted with warmth, peace, fun and clarity upon first meeting. The spa-like ambience and incredibly knowledgeable and considerate staff made this an experience I look forward to coming back to. I now understand what is happening with my teeth and gums and I am grateful to be treated as more than a patient.

I had an exceptional experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were incredibly friendly and professional, and I was seated without any wait time. Despite my difficulty with regular bite wings x-rays, they were considerate of my needs. The hygienist who performed my cleaning was excellent, and I was so comfortable that I may have even fallen asleep! She took the time to answer all of my questions, which I truly appreciated. Dr.

Shim was equally impressive - informative, helpful, and always a pleasure to see. The entire team at this office is truly great at what they do, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I am grateful for the exceptional care I received and look forward to my next visit. Thank you to the doctors and staff for their outstanding service!

This was the BEST experience I could ask for. My 2. 5 year old had never been to the dentist. The waiting area has a play space; the dental chair has TV in the ceilings for kids to watch as they lay down. My daughter was scared when we got there; so Dr.

Tener offered to clean her teeth in the playroom. Not only did she sit on the floor with us; she started singing and described each tool to my daughter before using. She is extremely soothing and comforting, a mother herself of two little ones, she is very patient and understanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
