Went to Dibor dental associates for the first time and the staff in the back is very pleasant. However, the receptionist has a nasty attitude and extremely poor customer service skills. I am seriously considering cancelling my $1,500.00 root canal and crown because of her.

I would not recommend her if you are having dentures made. She made mine two big. I went back about five or six times to have them adjusted then got disgusted. Should have insisted on having them redone.

Even my primary doctor told me they were too big. He could tell by the way they pushed my mouth out. Now I need to pay out of my pocket to get them made by a doctor who specializes in making dentures.

The dental hygienist does the best cleanings!! Dr. Dibor provides info that is straight forward and works fast. I have had no problems and my services have been good.

I've been going here for about 2 years, and my children go here now too. I've had to get routine cleanings as well as more major work done, and I have no complaints. Staff is great, compassionate, and skilled. The reviews calling the receptionist rude have probably never met anyone who is no-nonsense before. She is matter of fact and direct, not rude.
