Very clean and lovely little spot on the plaza. The staff are super friendly and patient, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Appointments are easily scheduled and the wait isn’t long ! As soon as I sat down they took care of me and kept me at ease while I waited for the dentist. Can’t reiterate how wonderful and friendly the staff are.

NIRAJ AJMERE

I had a great experience here. The initial phone call was very courteous and helpful with my emergency. I felt extremely comfortable with both the assistant and Dr. Joshua. Dr. Joshua explained everything thoroughly while showing me on the large x-ray monitors.

Her work was top notch and she was working very close to a nerve. Zero pain during and after. Later, she explained the process for an implant for a previous unrelated dental issue. She was not pushy at all, yet explained the implant process thoroughly. I have not hesitated to recommend her.

Mickey Mouse

The dentist at this dental place and the receptionist, are not friendly at all. When patients come into your office you are suppose to speak with a smile and give eye contact. I come into the office they both have their heads buried down looking on the computer or on the phone like they're too busy, or don't want to be bothered. I waited patiently to one of them was available to see what I needed done or there for my appointment. I spoke they both barely wanted to speak back this happens the few times I came there. They are Very Unprofessional, Unfriendly, and Rude. I've noticed when men come into the dental office they are very warm friendly and welcoming.

Why is that? You should be that way to everyone that comes in. If it wasn't for us patients you would not have a business, or a job. The dental assistants were very Friendly and Professional unlike Dr. Ramya Joshua and the Receptionist. Dr. Ramya Joshua, she was gentle with the teeth cleaning but at the same time she would put the water sprayer in my mouth. The water would get all over my shirt.

She didn't even bother to apologize or wipe the water off. When she's done she would just walk off with an bad stank attitude without saying anything. If you dislike your profession or having a bad day, you should do something else not dealing with people. You act very anti-social. You are going to lose alot of patients for being rude and unprofessional.

I want to express my deep appreciation for Dr. Joshua and her staff, including Jessica, Naomi, and Jasmin. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and at ease during my recent visits. I had some anxiety due to dental pain I had experienced in the past, but Dr. Joshua professionally addressed my concerns by redoing some challenging fillings.

It was evident that everyone in the office genuinely cared about me and my children as patients. I highly recommend Dr. Ramaya Joshua and her team.
