If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a consult and to establish new care for my 9 year old (almost 10) son. When they brought us back I noticed hair on the floor where the dental chair is and dirt. Upon meeting the dentist, he was shocked and asked how old is he? Is he 7?? I'm like. .

no ? The dentist then proceeded to say he needed to pull my sons teeth because he should have lost a lot more by this age. . . this sounded very odd to me as his previous dentist (kids dentistree) never mentioned this. .

I decided to never go back to digital dentistry and get a second opinion. . ( my son was terrified hearing the dentist say this!) Today we visited a much better dental office and they said that is unheard of, and his teeth are perfectly healthy and falling out at a normal rate! They said they were glad I got a second opinion because if I would have went forward with what this dentist recommended at digital dentistry, he would have had major problems with the way his teeth grew in!!! They were shocked and said that is just not right and would have caused him to have to have spacers and more issues! Glad I found a reliable dentist who has my sons best interest, and throughly explained his x ray and how the roots are disappearing, but those teeth are needed so the adult tooth has room to grow in! Beware of this dentist.

I went in for an appointment and amazing they were on time I have never been to a dentist and they seen me on time. Also was scheduled for crown prep and it was done without pain and very professional. I would recommend to anyone with dental needs. They staff is amazing thank you Nikki and Randi you made the visit fun and that's awesome 👌

Dr makes rude and inappropriate comments about appearance. They don't address the issue right away. It's always make another appointment. Have tooth pain, got an xray and exam, found small surface level cavity causing the pain. Come back in a month to get it filled... why not just fix it now. Frustrating

My mom made this our primary dentist about a year ago I want to say, it's usually just cleanings; being told the entire time that I need to floss more and that I have cavities in-between all of my teeth, all of them ? So I listen and floss more often. Another appointment comes around, this time I needed fillings and my sister needed a root canal I think?as soon as he walks in he, doesn't even look in my mouth he tells me that I haven't been flossing at all and it's made my cavities worse, but there was no way he could've known that; THEN he didn't numb either of us enough and it was extremely painful I was kicking my legs screaming (as well as one could with a drill in their mouth) and tearing up I almost grabbed his arm at one point to pull it out of my mouth so it would stop hurting, I wish I had some way to communicate that I was in pain but I don't know what else I could've done to make my pain noticable, I had jagged peices of teeth hanging off the teeth he drilled through, which he drilled through them to make a new gap in my teeth so I could floss better, parts of my tooth were chipping off for a good 2 weeks anytime I went to eat. That was last month sometime, and today I was supposed to go to a new appointment to get the same thing done to the bottom part of my mouth then I'd have two more seperate appointments to do the other side. I decided not to go today because my pain from the last appointment only just stopped;my mom called to cancel today and told them that we were in a lot of pain at the last dentist appointment and that we weren't comfortable with going back today.

The receptionist started yelling apparently and told my mom that there was no way she was letting her 16 year take care of her oral hygiene like that. . . .

. . They literally shaved her teeth down last time and Im not sure that was even needed so for them to yell at my mom like that is uncalled for, don't go here please save your teeth.
