Well I learned today that the root canal I had done at this office in 11/2023 has failed because it was not done correctly. Best part? I paid $1300 as my insurance copay to get it done and now have to pay the full amount for my retreat from a specialist. Thanks DiMichaelangeo!

My experiences with Dr. DiMichaelangelo’s new office In Springfield have been very positive. This is coming from someone who not only saw Dr. Lord for 25 years as a patient, but also knew him and his family. I will be the first to say I was nervous about having to go to someone new Since going to the dentist always made me anxious Since I was young, and Dr. Lord was very patient and helped with that. I am here to highly recommend anyone to try Dr. DiMichaelangelo’s office.

Both dentist and the assistants and office staff have done nothing but made me feel comfortable, never felt rushed, and they are very thorough in both the exams and explaining everything. They have always looked into cost and insurance coverage before they do any procedure. The equipment and materials he uses are state of the art, and have made my visits not only more comfortable, but also has enabled him to find the reason for some things hurting that I’ve complained about A few years. His bedside manner as well as his staffs’ kindness will make anyone feel welcome. He is very patient, and will make sure you are at ease before he begins any procedure. And is also patient if you need him to stop for a little bit for you to regroup if you are one that Struggles at times with going to the dentist. Dr. Michelangelo has called and Checked on me the day after I’ve had work done that could cause me discomfort, as well as checking if he thought I seemed anxious during an appointment.

We all miss Dr. Lord, he was a good Dentist and a great man! And I know it had to be so hard to come in as the new dentist and staff in these sad circumstances, and try And earn the trust of patients that were dealing with a lot of emotion from losing him. I would ask all of you to give this New staff and team of dentists a chance, only you can decide for yourself if it’s a good fit. I know I will Continue to be a patient here, and I want to thank all of you at Dr. DiMichaelangelo’s office for making this transition for me and my dental care a positive one.

I loved Dr. Lord. These kids are no Dr. Lord. My husband had a broken filling and needed a replacement or at worst a crown.

Instead he was placed in a chair for an hour while they took pictures and x-rays. He was then given a quote for $5,700 for complicated and probably temporary services. My husband is no newbie to the dental world and this was 5 times the average cost. While there no other patients came in and the phone wasn’t ringing.
