Natalie was great getting our daughter comfortable with the dental exam! when she wasn't cooperating, Natalie never got upset, she was very flexible with the demands of the appointment saying that she would only do what our daughter was comfortable with. After the appointment, my daughter said she wanted to go back and Natalie was her best friend!

We had an emergency where our daughter fell and hit her teeth. My husband called and they immediately created an opening for us. They waited for us to get there and then immediately had a room open for us. They had toys and stuffed animals to help comfort her.

We could not be happier to be a part of the Discover Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. Thanks again to everyone involved for providing excellent care to our daughter.

There were many issues Regarding insurance as discussed above in many comments along with Management ( however it might be affected due to new office shifting). However I want to mention about a payment related issue, so it might helpful for others. What is Surcharge included in payment? If this is for Credit card payment then it should be informed before payment or whenever it is being asked for mode of payment. I was directly informed my total as $353. 97 without any mention of Credit Card Surcharge ($11. 97). I was not having any clue of Credit card payment charges on a medical service.

At least they should inform the customer or atleast put a notice on Desk about Surcharge. This is really unfair especially when a person is already tensed about further treatments of their Kids. I was get to know when I saw Printed receipt at my house. Otherwise I would have use other mode of payment. Please provide all information to customer, don't only focus on getting $. Thanks

Discovery Smiles is the ultimate place to take children who are unsure of the dentist. After our most recent visit, this is the first time that I have ever heard positive feedback from my two sons and they are looking forward to going back to see their hygienist again in 6 months because of the experience they had with them; even requested the same hygienist before we left the facility.

This speaks volume to the work and care they provide to the children they work with!
