This was my first visit, and I came away very pleased with every respect, from Sara and Nicolewelcoming me, to Grace doing a wonderful job with cleaning my teeth, to X-rays, with explanations as I viewed the films! I came back to get my partial crown yesterday and will return to get the actual crown and filling in a few weeks. I was anticipating pain during this procedure so I spoke to Nicole at the front desk. The dental assistant Dominick was alerted and definitely calmed my nerves. Dr. Cortes popped in and explained everything which also helped me to relax. Now once the procedure started I knew I needed to be numb which involved a needle and drilling. Yikes! Well I didn’t feel the needle. .

AT ALL!!!! Not even a pinch. I’m serious. I felt very little pressure from the drill too. Dr. Cortes knew I needed to take a break because your mouth gets tired of being open. He is very observant. Now there is nothing you can do about the sound of the drill other than count backwards or listen to the music playing in the background. I still cannot believe the procedure was quick, efficient and painless.

Dr. Cortes said if I feel any pain to contact the office. (It is the next day and I don’t feel any pain or discomfort. ) I told the front desk, Dr. Cortes is amazing! I also made an appointment for my husband.
