I can not say enough great things about this office! I called for an appointment and they were able to see me the next morning. I am a new patient to this office. I have new insurance that most places don't take. I thought I had several issues including some tooth decay. It had been over 3 years since my last cleaning and exam. Everyone was kind and welcoming. They spoke to me like I was a friend or family member but still kept it professional. The dental assistant is really great at taking x-rays which is a skill that takes some professionals many years to perfect. X-rays can be uncomfortable and awkward but she made it tolerable.

The dentist was very thorough, informative and explained everything in terms you can understand. He did not over diagnose me which some dentist do. He focuses on your concerns and gives you the best treatment option possible. The outcome was that I do not have any cavities. Huge win for me! The hygienist had a cancelation in her schedule so I was able to slide right into her chair for a cleaning. She was phenomenal! I loved her candor and ability to make me feel comfortable. I have anxiety in the dental chair. She made my visit tolerable. My visit was an hour and 15 minutes total.

It could have been sorter but we enjoyed talking with one another. The assistant, dentist and hygienist are passionate about what they do. You can tell they enjoy their fields. During my cleaning, the office manager (Jodie) stopped in to introduce herself and welcome me to the office. This is RARE. I love the location of this office. It is a small dental office which I like and prefer. I found my new dental home here!!!

Five stars for Dr Dan & especially the dental assistants. Dr Dan is great about explaining whatever he does & why he does it. The dental assistants are so nice and do a great job! We are a bit apprehensive with dentists in general because of past bad experiences with other dentists, but they definitely helped me feel comfortable despite past traumatic experiences. Some of the receptionists aren't so great though, just adequate.

(But, they aren't working on my teeth, so I don't really care about that). I'd give the front desk three stars; there's room for improvement.

Dan Bain

Best experience I’ve had at a dentist. Dr Dan is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They were able to do the checkup, cleaning and fillings in one visit. Determined that I didn’t need to replace a crown like Aspen dental had suggested.
