Dr Young has been so amazing to work with. The environment is always so friendly. Shayna always takes care of us. Devin always greets us with a smile. Camille and Arlet are always so kind when working with my kids.

We live well over an hour away from Dr Young, but Dr Young and his staff make the drive well worth it. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs orthodontic care. I will certainly be bringing my younger kids to him as well.

Dr. Young and all the staff has been great except for one of the dental assistants. Her attitude, demeanor and customer service is horrible with me. Ever since I got my son in with Dr. Young she has always had a nasty attitude.

I don’t know if it’s personal, because I have seen her interact with others and she is real nice! I walked in this morning to take my son in to get a bracket fixed. I said good morning to her and she couldn’t even say good morning back, just looked at me and my son and said “chair number 1” … she needs to either check her attitude or learn some better customer service skills, because at the end of the day her pay check comes from me paying Dr. Young for my child braces. And if she is not happy at her job & can’t be nice to customers, maybe she needs to find a different career.

I have had a great experience with District Orthodontics. I was paranoid about getting the braces from a previous, not so good experience. I have nothing but only good things to say about them. I'm glad my friend Danny mentioned them. The ladies Arlet and Camille make it such a smooth sail. I was surprised that I felt no pain or discomfort at the start of the process.

They make every appointment so comfortable and worthy of the effort you're putting in to get that beautiful smile. I must add how wonderful Dr. Young is. The fact that he had his team sing me a happy birthday meant a lot. Let's not forget Shayna and Devin who manage and assist with setting up the appointments. I have to reschedule many times with work conflicts and it's done without a fuss.

I admire the paintings that Camille does for the office for every season/holidays. It's a must see. I hope to bring my daughter here if she would need braces in the future. She had to come with me for one of my appointments and walked away with a plush toy. She was so happy. Thank you DO!!!! You truly Do a remarkable job!!!!
