Everyone was kind, supportive, and amazing. The team was thoughtful and considerate, explaining everything in detail. My girl is a nervous/reactive dog. The team made both of us feel comfortable and treated us with so much respect. Dr. Dosenberry, you are fantastic and definitely meant to do what you do! Thank you for peace of mind.

Five stars aren't enough to rate Dr Colmery. We had our Shih Tzu to see him on Friday. I have never met a more caring, knowledgeable surgeon in all the years we have owned dogs. He fixed

Wow. My cat Simon went to this clinic for the first time yesterday. He is not even 9 years old, and has suffered with gingivitis since he was a kitten. He's had several sedated cleanings by another vet, but after his teeth started falling out, I knew something was wrong. Simon had eight teeth removed with the help of Dixboro Dental. Not only was the Vet Surgeon friendly, he was funny and personable too. He put my mind at ease during a very stressful, scary, situation.

They found severe teeth 'rotting' including an abscess. No one mentioned the severity until I came to this clinic. Today, his mouth is clean smelling and he is perky. I can tell he is much happier, as the doctor said he would be. Thank you so much to Dixboro Vet Dental.

Our pup, Wren, had pretty severe gingival hyperplasia. She is 11, and has always had a rougher time recovering from anesthesia, and in addition she has severe separation/isolation anxiety so she basically can never be alone. Thus, we were very nervous about putting her through surgery. I'm so so so glad we did, through Dixboro, and I'm so incredibly grateful to Dr. Colmery and his team and staff. He and his team were so warm, helpful and understanding throughout the entire process, and made sure to do everything to make her and us feel very comfortable. They worked with us so I was able to stay with her until right before the surgery, and let me come back and be with her as soon as she woke up basically as she recovered from her anesthesia. They used anesthetic that was not as harsh on her system, and were quick to prescribe medication to help her nausea when we felt she was having any difficulty with naseau since she is very sensitive.

After a brief recovery period, it was honestly amazing how much more happy she was- it was as if the years rolled back. I think she was and is just so delighted to be able to eat and chew as she wants- she's just been so happy! Her gums look AMAZING too- even months later you can't even tell she had gingival hyperplasia! If I could go back in time I would do it even much sooner in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to Dr. Colmery and staff for helping my senior puppy so so much. She is so happy and healthy- it's honestly like that procedure took years off with how she has been acting. She is so excited to be able to eat and chew and play without her gums getting in the way, it's like a miracle. I should have taken before and after pics of her gums because they were causing her so many issues and now, even many months later, her gums are absolutely perfect. If you are considering a similar surgery.

. . don't hesitate! PS- I used to work at a veterinary hospital, and Dr. Colmery and his team were absolutely considered the best and we would refer to him for the most complex and important veterinary dental procedures. He is clearly at the forefront of his field and I'm so happy we were in a location where we were able to have him do this procedure. We are so lucky.
