I had my first dental experience with Dr Roberts and his staff yesterday and I could not have been more pleased. Due to changes in my job and Covid, it had been nearly 3 years since my last dental visit (previously I had gone every 6 months). Dr Roberts and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They communicated extremely well about what they were doing, why, and what to expect.

As it was my first time with them, they took a series of x-rays to evaluate what I would need and tailored my care based on those. I ended up needing a small filling and Dr Roberts worked so efficiently and constantly checked in on how I was doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I recently visited Dr. Roberts' dental practice and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process prior to my appointment was incredibly convenient. I appreciated being able to upload documents, answer medical questions, and provide electronic signatures in advance, which made the check-in process easy and streamlined. Dr. Roberts and his staff were outstandingly professional and friendly.

They quickly alleviated my nervousness about visiting a new practice by creating a warm and welcoming environment. Their expertise and attentiveness made me feel confident and well-cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts and his team for their exceptional professionalism, friendly demeanor, and the efficient check-in process. My experience at their dental practice was truly top-notch.

Stopped going to this dentist in March of 2022, just wasnt a good fit but didnt have any major complaints. Randomly received a bill from them in April 2025. Saying there is an outstanding balance. I go to check the bill and see they were attempting to charge me 331. 80 from an appointment in August 2021. The outstanding 331.

80 was the amount that was supposed to be covered by insurance, but they waited to file the insurance claim for the visit until APRIL 2024. . . . and were denied due to filing WAY too late. They were attempting to charge me the amount that the insurance denied due to their negligence.

So unethical for them to try and pass this off to me as if it is not 100% their fault the claim was denied. Initially I responded via text and let them know this was unacceptable and received no response. Received the same bill a few weeks later, so I called them and explained to them that this was unacceptable and they removed it from my bill, but watch out!! Did NOT hear an apology so i'd assume they think this is good business practice.
