I had a fantastic experience at Dobbs Ferry Dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming and incredible professional. The office itself is clean modern and comfortable, which makes me feel at ease right away. Dr. Kevin Jong was thorough, gentle and took the time to explain everything clearly. They truly care about their patience and go above and beyond to ensure a pain-free and smooth experience.

I especially appreciated how they addressed all my questions and provided helpful tips for maintaining my dental health. If you’re looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Jong and their team. I actually look forward to my next visit.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dentist. I came in for a dental crown, which should have been straightforward, but it turned into a drawn-out and painful ordeal. The dentist seemed rushed and didn’t explain much. From the beginning, the crown didn’t feel right — I mentioned this multiple times, but my concerns were dismissed. A few weeks later, the discomfort turned into sharp pain, and eventually the crown became loose.

When I called the office, the staff was slow to respond and unhelpful. I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and they confirmed the crown had been improperly fitted and there was a remaining decay underneath. I’ve had to undergo another treatment and pay out of pocket to correct the damage. This office was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacked accountability. Go here if you want to waste time and money!
