DOCS Dental: Fort Eustis

Initially I wanted to submit my complaint on the ICE DISA website; however this dental clinic is not listed there. Probably for a reason. Here is my frustration with them: they show no respect or responsibility when it comes to honoring the appointment date and time scheduled. The clinic canceled my wife's initial appointment and rescheduled her from January 27th to April 7th.

Today, April 4th her upcoming appointment was rescheduled again—this time to May. Unprofessionalisem at the highest level. Don't waste your time, stay away from this clinic!!!!!!!

Terrible experience for my family. I have 18 yrs in the military and this is the worst experience we have ever had in a family practice. Cancelled appointments constantly, failed to communicate, scheduled appointments then forgot they scheduled them when we showed up, and will not answer the phone when we call. Should have gone off post.

If I could give 0 stars I would they have canceled and rescheduled me back and forth for 3 years trying to get my wisdom teeth removed and they just called day of my appointment to cancel. I waited an hour for my consult sitting in the room for someone to come in for less than 5 minutes after they called and asked me to come in early.

They were very understanding and quick to make sure all my concerns were addressed. I have a fear of the dentist, but the care and attention they gave me makes me want to go back on a routine basis!! Thank you so much for getting me in quickly and for making sure all my needs and concerns were met!! The best dentist place I've been to in a long time!
