Can't say enough good about this place. Wonderful dentist and his staff is amazing! They were able to get me in quickly and wait time was only a few minutes. Dr. Medinger took his time with me, didn't make me feel like he was rushed and answered all of my questions. I am so thankful and appreciative they were able to help.

I called to give the office my correct dental insurance because I got paperwork in the mail stating they billed the wrong dental insurance. They tried to tell me I gave them that information. which wasn’t true. They pulled me up through something online the day I was in the office. They told me they will just send me the full bill and charge me for the full amount and not deal with the insurance.

Called me a liar and hung up on me. I tried to call back several times. Very unprofessional service when I was only trying to give them the correct dental information that I just got from my dental insurance when I called and ask for it. These people don’t even know me on the personal level and to call me a liar WOW! I AM NOT A LIAR!! very unprofessional OFFICE All over trying to fix my dental insurance with them. Shake my head!! Will not be back!

Dr. Schweickart was great. I’ll never go back, though, because of two very rude younger girls who work in the office…the heavy set young woman, especially. Some people shouldn’t work with the public. I won’t give my money to a business whose employees treat me like I don’t deserve to spend my money there.
