Awful bedside manner . Cant speak of his skills. After meeting with him I asked for my payment for the dental procedure to be refunded - I rescheduled with a different dentist.

I drove two hours to this dental office, only to be told by the front desk staff that I had canceled my appointment myself. However, I never canceled it. The woman at the front desk was rude, disrespectful, and full of lies. Just because we are military personnel and receive services without paying out of pocket, they treated us this way. While we were outside calling the base to figure out how the appointment got canceled, she followed us outside and rudely kicked us out. Unbelievable.
The base later contacted us and confirmed that they had never canceled the appointment, but the front desk staff told them that I did. This level of dishonesty is appalling. Even the dentist came out and was loud and unprofessional. This place is truly terrible. It’s shocking how they lack even basic integrity.

I called to get a consult because my primary dentist said I might need a root canal. Dr Overton’s office staff was very helpful and informed me of a cancellation that very day. Dr. Overton reviewed my X-rays and tested my tooth and provided me with options for treatment. He listened and wanted to hear my experiences.
When I decided on the root canal he said he could do it right away so we proceeded. He was kind, compassionate and extremely proficient. He just called me to cHeck on my mouth! I would highly recommend Dr. Overton.

Dr. Overton did a great job on a root canal but he is very arrogant and rude. I felt so sorry for his assistant cause he treated her badly and talked to her with no respect and no one should have to deal with that. I also paid in full and paid for sedation which was Toradol and it did nothing for me. I felt everything. If I would have known what his sedation consisted of I would have kept my money and not paid for that.
He also got rude with me because I didn’t want a steroid pack because of the effects that it does to me. For the price I paid I was disappointed for what all was done. I would say find another place to go. One that has a better attitude and one that explains everything before you pay 3100. 00 for one root canal with a weak sedation and treats his staff and patients with respect. ,
