Dr Lam and other supporting staff are great. Unfortunately for Dr Lam the common denominator to his 5 star reviews being brought down is his main office admin/receptionist. She is pandering, rude and dismissive. Due to this person ONLY we have chosen to deal with another dental practice. Your office can do better your patients deserve better. Response to reply: The confusion with third party was not the reason for my review.

It was the reason for my call. But I stand by my sentiment of how our interaction was handled. Pandering, Rude and dismissive. All negative reviews for Dr. Lam are the same, mentioning this person specifically. Common denominator is clear!

I've been fortunate enough to have been a patient of Dr Lam for close to 30 years now. I tend to be a bit anxious when it comes to anything dental related but Dr Lam always has been extremely patient and caring with me in relation to that. I had an appointment just today and we talked about the anxiety and he took the time to give me some helpful tips in relation to establishing a better comfort level with my dental visits.

I experience the same level of care and professionalism with all of Dr Lam's team members. A special shout out to Ping who is an absolute gem in her dental hygenist role! Shalini as well has been awesome and always very friendly and welcoming. I appreciate how she takes the time to talk through any dental related issues that I have when I call in to ask about scheduling an appointment.

I'm especially grateful that she asks questions to understand the issue being experienced and then provides her thoughts as far as whether it's something that should be looked at sooner vs later. She has always provided excellent guidance in that regard. Thank you to Dr Lam and his amazing team for the excellent care you have provided all these years!
