Every time I have work done here, the filling comes out, the root canal falls apart, and the tooth has to be pulled. I don't understand. What else I don't understand is when the work is defective and falls apart, they make you wait a week to pull the broken, defective, painful tooth. Why. Its your fault and negligence. Also...get some mr. Clean....the place is dreadful!

Dr. Bowens dental on West Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio. 1st they need to start asking you what you need to be seen for on the phone while making an appt. so they can get you to the right DR. and not waste your time!! 2nd Just spent 1 1/2 hours waiting for them to(hopefully remove a tooth )that they just put a cap on Nov.

28th, its now the middle of FEB. ( and still cant eat on that tooth and can barely brush on or around that tooth. ) would of been in sooner but got Covid in Dec. then the holidays. Then the doctor was on VACATION in Jan.

(so they was over booked around his vacation)after 1 1/2 hours wasting my time to get called back x-ray done in a chair for the dentist to come and remove the tooth they just fixed for them to say I need to be seen by the original dentist that put the cap on to begin with. so they sent me on my way until next month when that dentist is available ! 3rd This place is very out dated , you have no privacy , the furniture and place is very much outdated and needs to be cleaned. Oh and make sure you bring your own toilet paper/ sanitizer because the bathrooms NEVER haves toilet paper , paper towels or soap.

If i could rate this place zero stars I would. Do not what so ever come here. Find another dentist. They did work on my front teeth that wasn't even necessary. They did a Root canal on my very front tooth, wanted to do a crowning but I just felt off about them doing it.

Went to another dentist an they took xrays for themselves. They showed me them, I had a cavety there filled in but wasn't even close to the nerve. Could have just gone with out it an had that filling. Ridiculous.

The people were super nice, very good price. Office is super outdated. Had a chipped tooth and that they fixed, and then it literately fell or within a week. I called them and told them that I was just there it it fell off so quickly, and they said that between all of the like 10 Bowen Dental offices they couldn’t get me in 2+weeks even though it’s one of my front two teeth. Not going back.
