I am the patient who is NOT consistent at all with dental work. I was expecting to have my exam done and me receiving a whole speech about “doing better”! I WAS WRONG! From the time I walked in, the employees were pleasant and friendly. Dr.

Whitescarver ( sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was so friendly and down to earth! Instead of lecturing me about what I haven’t done, he made me feel comfortable about my next steps moving forward! I felt comfortable and vulnerable about discussing my dental hygiene. The assistant who took my measurements (I’m bad with names) made me feel AT HOME!!! My checkout process was even pleasant and friendly! So glad that I stumbled across this home away from home! I forward to working with them all in regards to getting me RIGHT!!!

A crown was installed shortly before Dr. Menton's practice was sold to Dorsey Family Dental. It broke soon afterward, which is not normal wear and tear. The new owner refused to honor the previous work.

Since the insurance company doesn’t get involved in these matters, it ultimately comes down to professional integrity and customer service. I switched my entire family to a new dentist and have never looked back since.

I have had a nice experience at this dental office! I want to give a special shout-out to Marietta, the dental hygienist, who went above and beyond during my cleaning. She was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly, and even took the time to walk me through proper flossing techniques—something I didn’t realize I needed as an adult, but her tips truly made in my oral health! She also used a topical numbing cream, which made the cleaning much more comfortable.

I genuinely felt cared for and well-informed throughout the entire visit. Recommend! One challenge to also mention: The insurance process can take some time (2+ weeks for approval), so make sure to follow-up with staff as sometimes it can be confusing to obtain approval
