They will delay the process of sending over your referral. You will have to call and follow up several times to see if they are doing their job, only to be told it still has not been completed. “The girls in the front must have forgotten.” “I need to remind the girls.” What the hell are the girls in the front doing all day? 0/10 would not recommend!

My children and I have been faithful to Downer Place Dental patrons for 18 years! I am someone who has suffered severe past trauma in dental chairs and have verbally recommended friends to go to my dentist when they have shared similar challenges, needing a dental visit but feeling just too fearful to make an appointment. DPD continues to grow because they are sensitive, listen, and are actually considerate of patient conserns.

My son was eager to move away from his mom, but he has not moved away from his dentist! 😉 😀
