I am thoroughly disappointed in this dentist and would not recommend anyone go here. Myself, my husband, and one of my daughters all had separate and equally terrible appointments. First off, my daughter goes to school out of state and had an appt scheduled on a Thursday at 4pm. The day before she received a text to confirm her appointment, which she did. The next day she arrived about 10 minutes in advance at 3:50pm and the place was closed, no lights on, and door locked. She tried calling but no one answered and when I called they claimed they didn't have any such appointment in their system. Long story short, she was unable to go to to her appt. Separately, I went to the dentist about 2 weeks later. The entire staff was different, including the dentist, from the previous visit back in November. The hygienist's portion and cleaning were normal, however, the dentist when he came in I found to be rather rude and off-putting. I have about 6 fillings from when I was under the age of 16. He then counted out loud from my x-ray the number of fillings and quite frankly insulted me by saying I clearly need to take better care of my teeth.
Mind you, I am in my 30's and have had zero fillings or issues at this dentist or my prior dentists after being a teenager. Also he had the strangest conversation with me, I had mentioned I had two adult stepchildren and he kept talking as if I had young (under 10 year old) sons. It was strange. Next, my husband just recently had a visit. He had had a deep cleaning back in November which he paid his portion for. We have been receiving notices of balance due and I called the dentist prior to his appointment for clarification as we had paid everything. The receptionist said that they had switched billing systems and those notices were being sent out to everyone even though claims were still being processed by insurance companies, ie, we didn't owe anything. Well, at his appointment the receptionist told him he owed $300 for that previous appointment. He refused to pay and told them to bill the insurance company again because that was covered. When he got home, I looked at our dental insurance claim history and sure enough all three claims from that prior appointment were processed and all that was owed by us was $46 which was paid at time of service. Beyond that, every time my husband has gone in he has been charged extra fees. This most recent time when he went to check out they told him he owed an additional $140 for what he thought was a regular cleaning.
The receptionist insisted it was a "peri" cleaning, couldn't explain what that was when he asked, and then he asked why that wasn't told to him prior. Her explanation was that "oh well sinc you have a deep cleaning in November all subsequent cleanings are now "peri checks" which aren't covered by insurance. " She couldn't explain why and when he mentioned that he should have been informed of that she said sorry. Lastly, the same dentist that had offended me (based on description others have had issues with this same dentist) walked into the room and immediately said to my husband so let's talk about your chronic halitosis (bad breath). My husband had 1) never been told that by any dentist previously, 2) it was not in his chart anywhere 3) I personally have never noticed him having bad breath and 4) the hygienist also said after the dentist left that she didn't know what the guy was talking about. Suffice it to say we will not be returning. The dentist is offensive, they are not transparent in their billing practices, they don't even know what patients owe, and they make appointments that they are closed for. Wild way to run a business. DO NOT GO HERE.

THE FRONT DESK OFFICE STAFF AT THIS DENTAL PRACTICE IS HORRIBLE!!! GIVING THEM A ONE STAR IS EXTREMELY GENEROUS! I wonder if the owner/dental provider knows who is representing his practice, he should be ashamed if he does! If you are a person considering this for your future dental needs, RUN!!!!! If the face of a practice can be as rude as they are, one can only imagine what goes on clinically.

My first time visiting Dr. Ryan and his staff Was a little hesitant at first because of previous dentists but this was the best experience ever. Dr. Ryan came up with a solution of dentures breaking that no other dentists mentioned.
After thousands of dollars out of pocket due to how many time i had to get repairs and/or new dentures, Dr Ryan knew right away what to do. Hes funny, personable and just plain caring. So glad hes in my network!

The cleaning was fine. About as good as you want it to be, and the dental hygienist was an absolute delight of a person. But the amount this mans FUPA rubbed the entire right side of my body was very unsettling. Also, had to do my own suction similarly to what others have commented on. The most uncomfortable thing was the immediate and unprompted statement in defense of our current administration. Honestly I couldn't care less about the political leanings of my dentist, but it's just not really the forum for it.
Pretty much the first thing that was said to me by the dentist as he waddled into the room from behind me, was a declaration of how the media only focuses on stories that make Donald Trump look like monster. I don't think that I ever mentioned anything remotely close to political with the hygienist that he would have heard from the other room. So, just a weird way to start a teeth cleaning. I know this sounds like I am just coming after his political beliefs, but I am not. It was just uncomfortable from the get go, and framed everything else in a weird context and was just a completely unnecessary conversation to have at the dentist, who at this point in time was a complete stranger. This was all capped off when their system "was down because it was past 5:00" so they had to wait to run my insurance until the next day.
Which then didn't get run and I was then sent a bill for the full price of the service. When I reached out to my insurance company they said that there was no claim filed for a recent dentist visit. 10 out 10 would not recommend and will not be going back. Just not a situation that I feel comfortable spending my time and money with. Also, expecting a very canned response to this review with absolutely no acknowledgment to the actual situation.
