I recently visited Downtown Dental in Chatham for a tooth removal, and I have to say, the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The reception team was friendly, efficient, and quick to get me checked in, which I really appreciated. What really stood out to me was the aftercare advice.

They took the time to explain how to take care of the area post-procedure and even followed up to make sure everything was healing properly. This level of attention to detail and care made all the difference. Overall, Downtown Dental provided a top-notch experience. If you’re looking for a reliable dental clinic in Chatham, I highly recommend them.

Their team is skilled, compassionate, and truly puts the patient first. Sidenote: I had tried several other dental offices around Chatham before settling on Downtown Dental, and none of them came close to the quality of care I received here. The difference in service, expertise, and patient focus was night and day.

The best dentist I have ever experienced. We switched to hear about a year and a half ago and they have made us feel so incredibly welcome. From me (who has always hated going) to my wife who enjoyed her experience as well. Most of all my 2 year olds first appoint was heart warming to experience.

Everyone was so nice and gentle and let her go at her own pace. I cannot thank them enough for the above and beyond level of care and professionalism they have displayed with not only me but my family. 5 stars and 10 out of 10 recommend!

Best experience I've ever had! The hygienists who worked on me (Julia and Merna) are extremely gentle, professional and informative. Definitely recommend if you're new to the area or looking for a new dental office. Nothing but nice and welcoming at the front desk as well. Makes for a great dental experience. Keep up the amazing work ladies!
