Dr. Silva and everyone of her staff have been amazing with my dental needs. I have been so blessed to have them taking care of me. I am leaving the province and they have been so kind with getting me in before I leave.

The receptionist Kelly or whatever her name is, is very unprofessional and impolite when she is dealing with patients. I had never encountered worse customer service. I had plan of going back to the office for more work with my new insurance but I am never going there. Save your money and go elsewhere. Definitely getting my families to stop going there to,

I’ve been going to this dental office all my life, and never have I had an experience as informative and validating as I did today (don’t get me wrong, the staff here are always wonderful, but today was different). I have a TMJ disorder (loose jaw, with a deviation and severe crepitus), and the last time I looked into avenues of relief for this condition, I was told it is a degenerative disorder, that there’s no surgery to fix it, and I can only hope it doesn’t get worse by doing physio exercises each day. BRITNEY is the first HCP ever to not only suggest a solution (she informed me about Botox treatments; the average timeline, and that they may be expensive but do provide some relief from the pain), she is additionally the first dental professional to offer me a biting block so that my jaw wouldn’t get tired during my cleaning.

BRITNEY gave me most of the information to clarify my TMJ disorder (I did not know I had a deviation, or what crepitus was until today). She is very funny, with a sweet personality, and a lovely singing voice. If you get nervous or ever feel shame or guilt at the dentist, ask for BRITNEY (she didn’t even tell me “you’re bleeding because you don’t floss” 😂).
