Dr. Black is the best Oral Surgeon. The office staff is absolutely wonderful. They are efficient and professional. I was very nervous to have my tooth removed and Dr. Black and the girls made me feel extremely comfortable. Definitely 5 stars. And I would Definitely recommend my family members and friends there. You couldn't ask for a better oral surgeon or staff they done a wonderful job.❤

Literally everyone there is extremely professional AND GIVE SINCERE EXPRESSED experiences all the way to the end of your operation. And call to check on you after your surgery. They will be there for you if you need anything or find someone who can help you as best as possible with what you need done or any questions you have.

Would leave no star if it was an option. Over priced. All the staff tells a different story. Wanted me to pay all upfront before billing insurance. When I asked them their policy prior to coming in. Fees are double to triple of others. Refused to send to xrays I paid for to new surgeon. Only gave me a printed copy.

Charge 3. 75% interest rate if use your flex spending card. Refused to check what insurance would pay. We had consult mid Feb. They called week prior to appointment to tell me all I had to pay up front. Said they did not have time to call insurance to see what they would pay. Told me I would have to cancel and reschedule appointment if wanted them to call and check. Cancelled with them and got another appointment elsewhere.

They got me in less than a week and contacted insurance. Less than 1/8 of the price. Spoke with others about office. They paid all upfront and never received any money back from them. The office is a scam. $338 for a consult and X-rays. I should get my consult money back since they did not call insurance.
