My experience with Dr. Chithalen and his staff has always been a "positive experience", well, as positive as going to the dentist can be. The staff is great, friendly, professional and they do a great job of explaining what they are doing. Additionally, we always manage to have a few laughs.So..my visit to the dentist rated five stars. I never write reviews as each experience is personal, and individual perspectives are just that . . . individual. I do so now because after reading some of the other reviews, I felt it important to add my own. It had been years since I would even venture into a dental office and the thought of doing so was terrifying and yes . . . humiliating. But from the moment I met Dr.

Chithalen and his staff, I was treated with respect and compassion. After some (what I consider to be major extractions) Dr. Chithalen took the time to call me at home that evening to see how I was doing. Since that time, any issues that have come up are addressed immediately. Not only was my anxiety dealt with, but for the first time in years I am so proud of my smile . . . Thank you to Dr. Chithalen and your wonderful staff.

Just came back from a cleaning and Dr. Jan had to step in prior to, to administer some freezing to a very sensitive area (that'll learn me to keep up with the flossing). . Did not feel a thing. Nothing. More than a couple pokes with the needle. . no problem. And that is how, if needed. . your appointment starts. .

with 'you' and your comfort at the forefront. I found Dr. Chithalen just by passing by his office with the great big tooth sculpture out on the front lawn. . and I needed a dentist, placed the call and been very happy with my experiences since. Staff is great. . friendly and professional. Would recommend. . heartily.
