I really feel bad for the patients who treated by this person ( Edward Lam) which is not to be called Dentist!! First of all it’s not professional for dentist to wear rain boots and appear to patients. It’s ridiculous!! Secondly He is unbelievably bad at doing his job. I noticed that the staff are always changing.

What’s going on in this office??? During the procedures he always leave the operation room with the gloves and he takes some instruments and materials and touches everything even though the plastic covers of the door and then gets back to room with the same pair of gloves!!! He not be allowed to practice as a dentist. Please save yourself and never see this horrible person.

Worst dentist ever! He refused to fill up a hole in my teeth saying the filling will fall off anyways, then walked out of the room.

I went to the other dentist who did the filling and my teeth is now good for over a year! The receptionist is also rude and terrible, cancelled my appointment at last minute which I booked 6 months ago, not giving me other times then hang up on me! I don't want to give any stars if I could which they didn't deserve any! Worst and terrible dental clinic I have ever seen! Stay away from them!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Lam’s for over 10 years. He is personable and very professional. One of the most outstanding things about Dr. Lam is the high degree of care he takes to answer all questions and thoroughly explain procedures to put you at ease.

I have never felt rushed in any of my appointments. He remembers the smallest details that make a big difference; I’m terrified of needles and he has always remembered to let me know when to close my eyes before freezing happens. I have moved to another province but will continue to see Dr. Lam because I have yet to find another dentist with the same quality of patient care.

The clinic is clean and modern, and they use the latest technology. I’m really happy with the results of my treatment, and I’ll definitely be returning for my dental care. Highly recommended!
