I was so excited to finally have taken the step to fix my teeth and I had the worst experience here. There were times where I would go in for my appointment and nothing would be done to my teeth but they made sure to charge me every time. I chose to stop coming here when they said they were going to take off my braces soon when I could clearly see they still needed work.

I knew I would be unhappy with the results and decided to look somewhere else. Let me tell you I’ve noticed a major difference on my teeth with my new dentist in a short period of time than coming to this place for months! Not just that but he didn’t even charge me as much as Dr Eloisa and he pointed out all the things caused due to the placement of my braces and the excessive glue that was left when placing the brackets on my teeth smh. My advice take your money somewhere else to a dentist that actually cares about their patients and not just after their money!

I first came here when I was a teenager and they worked with my mother for braces. 12 years later I went back to get a retainer removed and the staff and Dr. were great! Dr. Eloisa has always been great. I had a minor insurance issue and she was able to communicate with me and her staff and they are working with my insurance.

I received a courtesy call for a payment error which I had not noticed. I have never been treated rudely or unprofessionally and maybe that is because I wasn't rude to them either. As a healthcare worker, patients can be very rude and nasty and have the nerve to complain when they are treated the same way.

i had the best experience ever with Emilia!! she was so helpful with removing my braces and molding my retainers. shes super nice and i had a great time! super efficient

Where to begin… I came to the clinic for dental care, and while she glorified her clinic and her work, she clearly only cared about the money. In multiple visits, she wouldnt even take full minute to check my chart or teeth and would send me in my way, but gladly taking my money. This went on for months. When she predicted that I would be done with treatment, she added 4 more months were absolutely nothing seemed to change. At the end, she took the braces off and sent me on my way.

Years later I come to find out that my regular dentist realized that my treatment was never done. All that time and money for nothing. Please go elsewhere.
