I would like to say that I have not ever had a bad experience at the dentist office. I had someone call me to inform me that I owed a balance. I do not recall ever been given an estimated balance due. I always pay on the way out and have not been ever told I might owe another balance later on. Janice gave me a call and I must say she is rude and not nice at all.

I have spoken to her twice in the last two weeks and that office needs someone else with better customer service. Janice is rude as hell with Dr. Fieldhouse clients.

Dr. Fieldhouse and his staff are truly exceptional! Coming from a patient with extreme dental anxiety, I truly would not recommend anyone else ! My first appointment I walked in the office already in tears . . literally… lol .

I was greeted by the most kind and welcoming staff, the hygienist made sure to fill the water tanks with warm water due to my sensitivity to cold and Dr. Fieldhouse had me laughing by the time I left !! After many visits , and much needed work I am now waiting for some healing before I am one step closer to being able to smile comfortably again and I have to say I actually miss going to my dental visits!! Thank you Dr. Fieldhouse and staff for always going above and beyond !

Dr Peterson took the time to explain what his exam showed in a way I understood. Kathy made me at ease throughout and NEVER have I had such a thorough cleaning; Rina took her time with each tooth..even reception was so gracious...marvelous staff!
