Dr McIssac have been amazing with my son who suffers terrible anxiety about going to the dentist. I used to have to get him sleep dentistry but Dr McIssac and his staff put him at ease at each appointment. Highly recommend.

This man should not be a dentist. My daughter has a mesiodens (extra tooth) so she was referred to him by our family dentist who said it needed to be extracted to avoid complications. He took an xray and told us "no it's fine not an extra tooth just leave it". I then went to another pediatric dentist because I didnt feel he was correct, and sure enough, it was an extra tooth that needed to be pulled. Leaving in a supernumerary tooth can cause SERIOUS complications, and the fact that he said it was a non issue is pretty worrying to say the least.
Dont take your kids here, this guy is either not cut out to be a dentist, or just lazy. Either way, he shouldn't be in this occupation. The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the receptionist and dental assistant who were helpful and kind.

This man was my first dentist as a child. I will never forget when he tried different sized crowns on my tooth and kept trying to shove them into my gums even though they obviously didnt fit. I also remember crying and instead of being compassionate, he threatened to kick my mom out of the room if I didn't stop crying.
I remember another little boy crying as he was leaving his appt Dr. Macisaac said, 9 more to go!! Because of this man I had severe anxiety when it came to future dentists, so badly that I had to go to a sleep dentist until I was 20! Please do not take your children here.

I'm extremely afraid of needles, and I had 6 cavities all over my mouth that were so bad I could barely eat. My family is also not well off so we couldn't afford most dentists without healthy smiles. We were sent all over and then we got sent here and it was done in 2 appointments. I had one cavity that was so bad it was likely I'd need a root canal, and Dr. Sabrina did it in one shot with just filling.
I'm so grateful for these guys! If you have kids who are terrified this is defenitely the right place to go. They know what they're doing. Great place.
