Ive been a patient of Dr. Los my entire life never had any issues, my daughter loves jim and i had my boyfriend become one of his patients after countless bad experiences qurh his dentist. Dr.

Lo is understand, friendly and goes above an beyond for his patients and getting the best care for them and answering and addressing concerns and questions you may have. I refuse to see any other dentist for this reason.

I went in had a check up , X-rays etc was given a glean bill of health no problems. A week later I get an estimate to replace a cap $6,000. I inquired…. why did you give me a clean bill of health the send me an estimate for cap replacement…he says well your going to have to replace it sooner or later .

Went to get a second opinion the Dr said there’s nothing wrong with the cap . I still have it to this day . Can you say fraud Ian . He’s a scammer if you have insurance check and review what he’s charging! Better yet pick another real dentist
