The Midtown location-Staff is nice. But, they are very Unorganized!! They gave me my Invisalign with no instructions on how to care or put the rubber bands on. Pretty office. But, those white seats are way to low. Hopefully they will step up their game. They make enough money🙋🏽

Today was my second appt for zoom whitening. I was greeted by one of the receptionists( I think her name is Gabby), very friendly yet professional food. I have to say all the ladies that work here are super friendly! I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, and I was able to watch Netflix( believe me, it makes the time go quicker).

. Keep up the good work ladies, and I definitely would recommend, my teeth loook terrific!!

I deffenetly wanted to take time outve my day to leave this outstanding review on the "dr smiles experience". The staff is very curteous, very attentive and absolutely accommodating. I went like 2-3 weeks early not knowing my appointment was for the future date, to my surprise Gabby at the front desk assisted me by scheduling me for the following day, even though the trains were delayed and I made it an hour late, they still found a way to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable, ms Diane was very pleasant as well. I deffenetly recommend this experience to anyone who's looking to have a great smile :).

P. s while u get treatment you have the option to watch Netflix-added boost lol.

Gabby is wonderful at her job, very helpful and informative. I know that sometimes people who use the groupon ad can be a little difficult so I'm hesitant to use it for fear of being stereotyped in that group, but the service of the staff was polite and friendly and we weren't treated any differently. The office was clean, modern and really efficient. I would return and recommend to friends. At the end, I didn't understand that some of my gums were dyed white in the front, and looked almost like I had buildup between my teeth.

The tech said it would go away in a day or two. . . which I was worried about because of my work, but gabby said it disappears after light brushing, and it did. The form about what we can / can't eat was super helpful!
