Dr. Bourassa is hands down the best dentist I have ever encountered in my life. She genuinely cares about her patients and I feel so comfortable with her and all of the amazing staff at her clinic. I had my first visit and the staff were so friendly! Jen, my hygienist was professional and friendly and made my experience more enjoyable. Dr. Jess was able to fix my broken wire in a timely manner and was so nice during the whole procedure and She explained what she was doing the whole time. Dr.
Jess also went out of her way and adjusted my night guard and ensure proper fit. Thanks for all of your great work, Dr. Jess and team!!

I went in on April30th to complete an intake apt at Dr Bourassa’s dental office. I was immediately greeted by kind receptionists/admin, which helped since I was nervous. Then, I was brought back to begin my assessments/X-rays that are completed as a new patient by Cass - whom right off the back reassured me the importance of finding the correct dentist for ME and comfortability. She had me laughing within seconds and explained each step well. Eventually, I met Courtney to complete more assessments, and you can tell that Dr Bourassa’s team works well together and respects each other.
Courtney also explained each step well regarding what she was doing, and was so kind and personable. I have never had such thorough and detailed assessments done, ever! I was shocked - in a good way. The two girls even said I had nice teeth, which meant the world to me after going through so dental work and being so embarrassed. After I met Dr Bourassa and again - thorough, intelligent, kind, and informative. I felt no judgement my whole apt, and a plan was made up for me before leaving.
This is such a long review, so if you made it this far, just know you’re in good hands. It has been quite some time that I’ve left the dentist feeling relieved and secure. You won’t regret accessing Dr Bourassa and her team!

Last night my daughter fell on the ice at figure skating. She broke her front adult tooth on the ice. Thanks to the quick response of some fellow parents, I was guided to Jessica Bourassa's Family Dentistry. Another parent helped locate the tooth on the ice and Jessica (God bless her) met us for this emergency at her office at a moments notice.
Absolutely wonderful , it brings tears to my eye's how she helped my daughter. She is an extremely caring and talented dentist. I told my daughter who was in shock and pain "This is the best place in the world to be right now" Thank you, Thank you, Thank you !!!
