Dr. MCcarthy did a great job with my daughters braces. She is very sweet and gentle because she makes the kids feel very relaxed and at ease. Also the staff and the front desk are very nice and helpful. I would highly suggest for everyone to come here!

I would give Dr. McCarthy a 10 star if I could. She has been the best to my son and us since we started going to her practice for my son's braces. Yesterday evening my son got hit in the mouth with a baseball while at practice. I called Dr. McCarthy on her emergency number since it was after hours. She called me back and asked us to bring him into her office and she would meet us there even though she was done with her day.

She didn't say go to the hospital emergency where you end up waiting for hours. She was genuinely concerned for my son and took great care of him. I can't thank her enough and because of his braces that Dr. McCarthy put on it protected his tooth! He has some swelling but we are grateful he will be fine. Thank you Dr. McCarthy!

I originally had gone to another orthodontist who wanted to charge a tremendous amount of money for my twins braces. I decided to try Dr. McCarthy after getting two recommendations, one of them being my mother in law, who had braces later in life. We have had nothing but a great experience with Dr. McCarthy.

I don’t understand some of the low reviews. Don’t hesitate to try her. She’s wonderful.

I started treatment at this place last year and paid out of pocket. I had to pause my treatment to transfer to another state. Below is my experience with this doctor and office. I suggest you read this before becoming a patient! Upon coming, they seemed nice especially the front desk lady but I later came to realize that they fake playing nice to coax more money out of me. I’m a college student with a daughter and so for me getting braces was a luxury that I was now able to afford because I wanted to fix my smile before my wedding.

They knew of my situation and took advantage of my demure personality. I’m not a confrontational person, so when they insulted me straight to my face while they talked about my teeth saying my teeth was like that of an elderly person and more backhanded comments. This situation and comment was inappropriate considering I tried my best to keep up with my dental hygiene with what I can afford. I came in telling them I wanted to mainly fix my overbite and with the options they gave me the best option for me was to only get top braces. They did not tell me that if I did not get lower braces as well it would not fix my overbite because it’s fixed through rubber bands.

Upon moving and finding a better and more expensive orthodontist, she made me aware that my old orthodontist did the bare minimum and did not try to fix my overbite just my teeth placement on my upper teeth. So I basically wasted so much money attending McCarthy’s ortho and had to restarted my process at my new ortho (which costed the original price I was quoted at McCarthy- $4000+) They don’t care about you, they just want your money. So unless your coming here covered by insurance don’t bother paying out of pocket!
