Very upset with the dealings by the Doctor & her staff. Whenever, they heard that i have insurance - just to grave the full insurance amount (CAD 2,000) at one go, she served me around 1 & half hours, charged me CAD 1,620+ afterwards. She should discuss me the cost first b4 treatment started. I'm extremely disappointed not because of her service, but with her dirty business attitude.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by this doctor and since then right side of my tongue been numb and can’t taste and feel anything. She damaged my trigemal nerve. 😣 also the antibiotic that she prescribed was too strong and caused yeast infection. When I called the office, secretary was upset and got mad at me. She said if that’s the case why are you telling us so late. .

. . how insensitive and lack of caring people of them when somebody suffering and living with their mistake everyday. I hope nobody should go through what I went through.

They literally ruined my root canal and didn't do it properly, and then when i asked them if they could fill it in properly they said that they'll tell me when I should have an appointment. I was dying of pain and they acted like it was nothing, and when they realized their problem they tried covering their mistake by paying for my root canals.

I would never recommend going to this dental clinic, first of all the receptionist is really rude and has no manners and secondly the Dentist doesn't know how to diagnose patients with problems regarding their teeth.

Great Dentist, he is kind, friendly, and very intelligent. Wait times are short and service is good. I have gotten my teeth done several times here and they were very well done. cleaning and whitening with excellent results. I would highly recommend.
