Charged my husband over 1200.00 dollars upfront before the work was completed and the insurance was consulted. In the ende the EOB said we only owed little over 400.00. Dr. Crook refused to reimburse us the total over payment saying my husband signed a paper. Did the same thing to my mother. No morals.

I just moved to the area and consequently had to find a new dentist. I found this office by searching practices near my house and have been treated like family since the first phone call. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so friendly and helpful. They’ve helped me navigate my new insurance and made every effort to help me optimize my benefits.

I was also given thoughtful explanations on the care I was receiving and would need in the future. It’s a small office, and I believe that heavily contributes to the personal care I’ve received on all fronts.

Marco Imbarlina's practice is all about the money and less about the patients, apparently my son's insurance did not pay or was not accepted on the previous appointment, so they waited to his next appointment ( didn't notify him at the time of arrival) checked and did the cleanings and then told him they don't take his insurance anymore. . . .

charged him $200 for the cleanings, nice ripoff. Well you lost 2 patients. Beware of this dentist.
