Everyone here was so friendly and knowledgeable! I was really impressed by the welcoming, relaxing environment. I was nervous, but everyone from the front desk to Dr. Greenstein himself did a fantastic job at putting me at ease.

I’ve been a patient at this dentist’s office for over three years, and my experience has been increasingly disappointing. Most recently, I had a dental bridge made, and it was not done correctly by the lab. Despite several attempts to shave it down, it still doesn’t fit properly. It causes discomfort, frequently makes me bite my cheek, and has thrown off my bite alignment. Now, I have to go to another dentist to fix the issues caused here. On top of that, the front desk staff is incredibly unwelcoming.

The receptionist never greets or acknowledges me when I walk in, even though my child and I have been patients here for years. A little kindness and recognition go a long way, and it’s frustrating to be treated as if my loyalty means nothing. I expected better care and professionalism, especially for something as important and expensive as a dental procedure. Sadly, I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

It was my 1st visit today I had a regular cleaning and it was a very pleasant experience. The Dental hygienist was very thorough, very gentle and definitely knew what she was doing, she explained to me step by step as she was working on my cleaning! I know I made the right choice and I would absolutely recommend them!

Went in for a dental consult for some dental work that I will need. I had to have a root canal and was pleasantly pleased with the work that was done by Dr. Greenstein. He is excellent, I wasn't experiencing any pain when I left and I was thankful tor the care and concern that was displayed to me while undergoing the process of the root canal.
