I’ve been to several dentists in recent years. Most have tried to invent problems or up sell me. Since coming to Dr. Hastings, I’ve been told my teeth a great and don’t need more than a basic cleaning. Very refreshing to see a dentist who doesn’t push unnecessary treatments!

After having work done by a different dentist and not being happy with the results, Dr. Hastings stepped in to save the day. He get me in right away and was extremely caring while he listened to my story. I will definitely be going to him from now on and I trust him completely. Also, extremely friendly staff and an AMAZING view of Atlanta from the office!

I had a capped tooth break off. Dr. Hastings was able to see me the next day. Everyone in his office is great!! I told him I was a chicken when it came to going to the dentist. Before starting, he explained to me exactly what he was going to do. Made me feel at ease.

I went back to have my teeth cleaned. Laura was great and very gentle. From the get-go, I had a great experience. Highly recommend Dr. Hastings.

Overview: Bill received over 1 year after date of service. Insurance was never claimed, it was too late. The practice claims we are responsible for the bill, we will pay it but their patient is lost. Lack of Urgency: This happened today after communication started in DEC2022 trying to fix the issue, the receptionist, Camille Walls was sweet as pie until today. As I was talking to Mrs.

Walls, I listed a factual accounting of the experience we’ve encountered letting her know we want to pay the bill but she has lost a patient and Mrs. Walls hung up the phone. Poor communication: As a side note, the emails sent to her were responded to about 2 weeks delayed each time she asked us to send additional insurance information. Final: At this point today, it's clear, looking back that Mrs. Walls was gaslighting us from the start and knew the insurance claim would never be paid but waited until today to say the cost is our responsibility.

Chance to Rectify: Mrs. Walls can apologize for hanging up the phone on a patient who has been working with your office’s errors in complete good faith for over 4 months.
