Their added in-house services (surgery, making crowns, etc) are wonderful, saving clients wait times and travel. Our family has been in their good care for over 25 years. They've made us LIKE going to the dentist! 😊

My family and I have been patients here for several decades, and I we have always received excellent care and treatment. The staff is knowledgeable, and friendly. They were especially kind to my elderly mother, and always did their best to accommodate her needs, even as she got older.

Been going there for years. First screw up was they promised the orthodontist they are associated with in Guelph that he would attend their office. That did not happen, therefore, had to take time off work to take my son to Guelph for his appointment’s. Second screw up was they did not send a quote to my 83 year old mothers to see if and how much her bridge work would cost.

Found out later she had to pay 3k out of pocket after she had the appointment. 3rd screw up was they were scheduling my sons wisdoms teeth extraction with another dentist who comes from Burlington to discover he was on vacation the week of the appointment. Last screw up is that my son is supposed to have wisdom teeth removed tomorrow from same guy in Burlington. But due to server issues can’t confirm if it will happen.

I stated I would gladly take my son to Burlington tomorrow as the dentist SHOULD know he has appointments and if possible could accommodate them in his office in Burlington. All but one sibling have been going here for years and now I wonder if the office has a handle on anything going on. Most definitely looking for another dentist.

I can’t say enough good things about this dentist! Tonight my 5 year old son had an emergency, with extreme pain. I called at 630pm they had him in by 640. After the appointment I had issues finding the medication they prescribed at a pharmacy that was open and the dentist came back into the office to address the issue and get him on an antibiotic that night at 8pm. So grateful for the team!
