I had an appointment today with Dr Pakozdi & I couldn’t possibly have had a better experience. The staff at this office & Dr Pakozdi are compassionate, kind & understanding. I have been embarassed about my dental issues but Dr Pakozdi was kind & approachable, took the time to give me her best recommendations & ease my stress. I was very scared for my appointment today & was provided a sedative beforehand to assist, I was nervous about being a few minutes late but they were very understanding.
This tooth was a “hot tooth” & in comparison to the last hot tooth I had root canalled it was night & day. The last root canal I had took 3 appointments that each left me crying & unable to eat for days from my regular dentist. With Dr Pakozdi as a specialist, I had very minimal pain & Dr Pakozdi was quick to provide more freezing when I had minor discomfort. She also took the time to ensure another recent site I had worked on healing okay.
Throughout the experience I was updated with how things were going & checked up on a ton to ensure I was okay. This appointment on a broken & painful tooth only took about an hour & a half & I have 0 pain just a few hours later. If you’re considering her as an endodontist instead of your regular dentist for a complicated procedure you cannot go wrong :) !

Was referred by a colleague. This is an amazing office. Communication is great from the first call. Dr. Pakozdi and her staff are very warm and welcoming. She discussed all my options with me and made me very comfortable. I would highly recommend if you need any endodontist services!

My dentist in Ancaster discovered two weeks ago that I needed an emergence root canal on a molar. She managed to get a same-day appointment with Dr. Michele Pakozdi. The entire experience from the moment I entered the office to being attended to by her assistant to Dr. Pakozdi’s experienced hand was a positive one, to say the least. The doctor and her staff are friendly and efficient.
I experienced no heat or cold sensitivity at the end of the first treatment. I returned yesterday to have Dr. Pakozdi complete the root canal process, topping the deadened roots with a temporary filling so that my own dentist can fit me for a crown. I heartily recommend this very professional and friendly dental business.
