My wife got her procedure done here and it was a horrible experience. The dentist does not make you feel comfortable and she was really anxious the whole time. Would recommend to avoid this place. Really rude and unprofessional.

WORST DENTIST IVE EVER BEEN TO. THE DENTIST IS RUDE WONT EXPLAIN ANYTHING DURING EXAM THEN GONNA SAY MY MOUTH PAINS ARE NOT HIS PROBLEM… ASKING ME IF I WANT A PRESCRIPTION AS IF I JUST CAME IN FOR HIM TO PLAY IN MY MOUTH … on top of it all they didn’t wanna send me my X-rays that’s I payed for saying what would they do for me he the dentist he saw a problem and diagnosed me and that all I need to know. I don’t know if that’s normal practice but I should be made aware with what’s going on with my self especially if your giving me a prescription that’s I have no idea what it actually is for or what it is supposed to do for me. No body explained anything to me just gave me a prescription and a quote for how much it would be to take and two wisdom teeth which is 1200 here by the way ( 350 for top 650 for bottom and 200 for anesthesia) and then gonna continue with if I’m not serious about getting the procedure done I can stop wasting his time mind you I’m sitting there with the whole right side of my face swollen in pain.

Anyways I would never recommend this place to anyone ever they don’t care what’s happening to you if the dentist feel like it wasting his time he will definitely let you know to get out his office. Not friendly at all very rude if you ask me. And there “manager secretary” who just has to add her two sense every when your not talking to her she’ll make sure she’s talking to you no matter if you asked her to speak to your or not and then to add insult to injury she gonna say oh I was just trying to make sure you alright as the manager but don’t make anything right just sounded dumb telling stories I never asked her about. Anyways 0/10 wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here and I can see why there so “fast” and “examination” I’d just the dentist playing in ur mouth with his fingers until he’s content with no information afterwards.

My wife and I have been dealing with Dr. Patel for a few years now. I have had other dentists in the past but Dr. Patel and all his team there are all very courteous and polite. Dr. Patel treats us with a lot of care and patience. Always explains everything he does and says encouraging stuff to make you feel at easy during any procedure. I highly recommend him.
