I had been going for about 4-5 years at this point. Tried to schedule my semi-annual cleaning - no response on the phone. Left a voicemail multiple times, sent an email through their website - nothing. Extremely unprofessional. Ended up switching to the best dentist I’ve ever had.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life at this dentist office! The staff is rude from the front desk to the assistant who seats you to both the dentist.

It has taken a year to get my dentures and another 6 months to try and get my bottom partial fitted! They over schedule the patients so your waiting at minimum a hour to be seen, the office is small and dirty , the dentist said my gums shrank but how when they never fit from the first time I got them! Instead of being concerned about the kind of work they are getting paid for they are rude and do not return your calls! My insurance company paid for dentures I can’t even wear! They schedule you for nonsense visits where nothing is done but charge the insurance company for an office visit 20 visits in 1 year!! they are very unprofessional I give them 5 thumbs down and I will be reporting them to the BBB and the insurance company for fraud!!
